Delicate brown butter notes blend into a smooth cocoa base creating an elegant dulce de leche. How do they achieve these complex flavours? By meticulously selecting their fair-trade beans and then roasting and stone-grinding them right on the premises of their Catskill, New York, workshop. This ensures their delicious, natural flavours show their true colours.
This type of painstaking craftsmanship is nothing new to Fruition founder Bryan Graham, who started pastry making at age 16, before venturing into the world of chocolate at 23. The recipient of countless awards, this particular bar has unsurprisingly won him the USA Silver in the 2013 International Chocolate Awards as well as garnering him a finalist position for the 2014 Good Food Awards. Needless to say, you won’t be disappointed.
