THE GOOD KIND OF BAD
The devil sits somewhere in his fiery, but fabulous palace, snacking on this decadent bar. Endlessly rich and nutty, its name “Infernale” literally translates to “diabolical” in French.
Though the taste may lie on the evil side, creator, François Pralus’ process is anything but. He’s one of the few chocolate makers to source and roast his own beans, making sure he has complete control over the quality and taste of his product from beginning to end.
The result is a bar that combines the subtle crunch of chocolate with the smooth addictive taste of praline, tossed in delicious hazelnuts. As it turns out, Adam and Eve weren’t seduced out of Eden by an apple.
