Guy Rawlings is a familiar face in the Toronto food industry. A restaurant veteran, Rawlings has worked in such top establishments as Brockton General, Lucien, and Bellwoods Brewery. He also managed both Bar Isabel and Bar Ravel before opening his own restaurant, Montgomery’s, in spring 2016. He takes a sustainable approach to his food production, relying on rural and urban farming initiatives to provide his patrons with the freshest in-season products.
