Shipping Times

We aim to ship all orders next day, but sometimes there are hiccups. Orders in transit from a maker's kitchen may be delayed or we might simply be waiting for the peppers to grow or the the olives to mature. If your order is delayed more than a few days, we’ll be sure to let you know.

Do you offer express shipping?

Currently, we don’t offer express shipping. We don’t want to promise that a product will go out today if we may not have it back in stock until tomorrow.

At the end of the day we want you to be happy with your Curati purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us if you have any questions or concerns about anything you've ordered and we will do our very best to remedy them.

Returns/Exchanges?

If you’re not happy with your order, just get in touch and we’ll do our best to address your concerns. To initiate a return or exchange, please email customerservice@curati.co within 30 days of your delivery. We'll take care of the rest.

Will you carry my products?

If you make small batch goods that you think would be a fit for the Curati collection, drop us a line. We’ll want to know more about you and your products, including the ingredients you use, where your products are made, how long you’ve been at it and where you sell currently. Then we’ll want to get a sample for one of our product experts to try. We’re always on the lookout for new makers so don’t be shy.

Does CURATI make its own products?

We don’t. Instead, we put all our energy into finding the best makers from around the globe.

Do you offer volume discounts?

We don’t have a formalized wholesale program, but if you’re looking to purchase large quantities of our products (for your restaurant, party favours, etc.) please get in touch. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
